Take part of my unique method of a combination of Self leadership coaching and Embodiment practices.You will be guided through a coaching journey during the weekend, an introduction to a yummy ‘smorgasbord’ of tools and practices that actually make a difference.
We will also take part of the incredible nature surrounding the venue, including sauna and lake swims, forest walks, and spend time in silence, for your body to fully relax and let go.
If you’re not grounded in your body and in touch with its signals you tend to make decisions from a place of stress, or autopilot. This slows down your growth, even if it’s not always visible on the surface.

Mental insights are powerful, but real transformation happens when those insights are anchored in the body.
The combination between Self leadership and Embodiment techniques is what makes it a powerful method and a foundation for lasting change. Learn hands-on techniques to be used in your everyday life, that both help you break through old patterns and beliefs that hold you back and how to regulate your nervous system to better handle stress, find balance, presence and put yourself in the favourable state needed for growth to happen.

What a typical day at Reconnect & Rise Retreat could look like (roughly, exact timing and content may change):• 7.30-8.30 Morning Embodiment Practice
• 8.30-10.00 Breakfast / free time
• 10.00-12.00 Group Coaching Workshop #1: Self-leadership/NLP
• 12.00-14.00 Lunch / free time
• 14.00-15.30 Group Coaching Workshop #2: Self-leadership/NLP - or Embodiment practice #2
• 15.30-18.30 Free time, Fika + Activity (e.g. Sauna, lake swim, forest experience, movement etc)
• 18.30-20.00 Dinner / free time
• 20.00-21.30 Evening Embodiment practice
We will make sure there is enough time for you to rest and land between the practices <3

The language will be either Swedish or English, depending on the needs of the participants - please reach out if you have any preferences or questions!

WHy I believe in thiS
For years, I was the high-achieving “good girl” who tied my worth to performance. I studied business and medicine, worked in healthcare consulting, and on paper had everything I’d dreamed of. Yet deep down, I felt disconnected - from myself, from joy, from what truly mattered.
It wasn’t until I left the corporate path, traveled the world, and immersed myself in practices like yoga, meditation, movement, and sound that I experienced real transformation. Slowly, I found my way back to my inner compass.
That’s why I now combine mindset & self-leadership tools (NLP) with embodiment practices. Because I know firsthand: when mind and body shift together, change becomes lasting - and life opens in powerful, authentic ways.
